A RESOLUTION OF TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO, 14
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands Ms pre-
pared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adopted such amend-
ment in Resolution No. 406 after holding a puhiic hearing upon notice
in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 406, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS on the 7th day of September, 1974, notice of Public Hear-
ing was published in t'nc Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS on this 17th day of September, 1974, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed amend-
ment to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with7
NOW, THERETFORE, SE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands :
That aye n&vient to the Precise Street Plan adopted by the Plan-,
ning Commission in Resolution No. 406 sHaii be adopted as follows '�'
PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PIJAN NO, 14
Establish a specific alignment for that portion of Fern
Avenue between Terracina, Boulevard and San Timoteo
Canyon Road.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of September, 1974,

PLAN NO. 14
W 11E R E A S on this 23rd dny of July, 1974, the Planning Commission
of the cLty of Redlands finds:
A. it is deemed advisnble and in the interost of the
public health, safety and general welfare to
establish a ;Dccific alignment for that portion of
Fern Avenue between Terracing Boulevard and San
Timoteo Canyon Road.
B. That all previsions of the California Government Code
reliting to specific street plans have been complied
with, iaclu6inq publiantion of notice on the 23th
day ai June, 19?4, ana the holding of a public
hearing on the 9th day of July, 1974. Commission
dotermination was tabled to this 23rd day of July,
1974.

to 65502 inclusive of the California Government

Plan No. 14 as shown on map attached hereto and
made a part thereof.
D. Thnt the Planning Wnwission hareLy recommends to
the City Council of the city of RoClands that,
following the rcquired public hearing, the Council
approve and adopt PrecKe (SpeciAc) Street Plan
No. 14.
C. That a certified copy of this revolution and related
material harchy adopted by 6 .commWion shall be
transmitted to the city council.
