A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 16 AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3185
WHEREAS, studies conducted by the Planning Department indicate
that it is necessary and desirable to revise the interior street
system for properties located on the west side of Church Street
between Pennsylvania Avenue and Lugonia Avenue as shown on the map
on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development labeled
"Amendment No. 1 to Specific Plan No . 16" ; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
pared an amendment to Specific Plan No . 16 and adopted such amendment
in R.P.C. No. 555 after holding a public hearing upon such notice in
accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No. 555 has been certified to the City
Council of the City of Redlands;
WHEREAS , on the 25th day of September, 1982 , a notice of public
hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on this 5th day of October, 1982, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the amendment of a specific plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redlands does
resolve as follows :
That Amendment No. 1 to Specific Plan No. 16 adopted
by the Planning Commission in Resolution No. 555
shall be approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Redlands; said amendment shall become
effective upon final approval of Conditional Use
Permit No. 371 and adoption of Ordinance No. 1789.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of October, 1982 .
