This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
professional planning consulting services to prepare the Housing Element Rezone Environmental
Impact Report ("Agreement"), dated December 19, 2023, by and between the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Environment Planning Development
Solutions, Inc., a California corporation, ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 17th day of
June, 2025.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a Professional Services Agreerment ("Agreement")
on December 19, 2023, for the provision of professional planning consulting services to prepare
the Housing Element Rezone Environmental Impact Report; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parties to amend their existing Agreement, specifically
to extend the term of the Agreement from June 30, 2025, to December 31, 2025
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Article 4 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by December 31, 2025, unless the Services are
terminated earlier as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of June 17, 2025.
