A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AMENDING SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 25, RESOLUTION
NO. 3704, RELATING TO THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED HEIGHT OF
BUILDINGS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Section 3. AA.c. of Specific Plan No. 25 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"3. A.4.c. Building Height -- No building or structure adjacent to Interstate 10
shall exceed three stories; all other buildings or structures shall have a maximum height
Of four(4) stories."
Section 2. That Resolution No. 6734 shall take effect upon its adoption.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this I st day of July 2008.
