A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 39
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands
has held a duly-advertised public hearing for Specific Plan
No. 39 in accordance with the Government Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of January, 1988, the City
Clerk of the City of Redlands published a Notice of Public
Hearing in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of February, 1988, The City
Council held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with
the proposed Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code
relating to the adoption of a specific plan have been com-
plied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
does hereby ordain as follows:
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 39
A specific plan for development of approximately 7. 13
acres of property with an 85-unit condominium project located
on the south side of Orange Avenue, approximately 209
east of Alabama Street. feet
1988.ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of February,
