This second amendment to the agreement for the provision of Installation of Fire Station
overhead rollup doors ("Agreement"), dated January 16, 2024, by and between the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city {"City"), and J.T. Lewis. Inc. dba
National Garage Door, a California corporation ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this is'
day of July, 2025.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to amend the term of the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Article 4.2 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Contractor shall complete the Services by December 30, 2025, unless Services are earlier
terminiated as permitted herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement and First Amendment shall remain
unchanged by this Second Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of July 1, 2025.
