HomeMy WebLinkAbout5589_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 5589 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 54 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has prepared Specific Plan No. 54 and adopted such plan in R.P.G. Resolution No. 890, after holding a public hearing upon such notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, on the 8th day of December, 1998, a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the San Bernardino County Sun; and WHEREAS, on the 29th day of December, 1998, the City Council held a duly- advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed specific plan amendment; and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the adoption of a specific plan have been complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN as follows: SECTION ONE: That Specific Plan No. 54, a specific plan for proposed development of 20.34 acres into a senior housing living facility with a maximum population of 400 persons located south of Highland Avenue, east of Wabash Avenue, and north of Fifth Avenue, shall be adopted as approved by the Planning Commission R.P.C. Resolution 890 on December 29, 1998. SECTION TWO: Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law.
