A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF REDLAN 3S
ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 10
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
pared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adapted such amend-
ment in Resolution No. 308 after holding a public hearing upon notice
in accordance with the Government Cade of the State of California;
and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 308, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands ; and
WHEREAS on the 20th day of June, 1969, notice of Public Hearing
was published in the Redlands Daily Facts ; and
WHEREAS on this lst day of July, 1969, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Cade relating
to the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVES by the City Council of the City
of Redlands :
That amendment to the Precise Street Plan adapted by the Plan-
ning Commission in Resolution No. 308 shall be adapted as follows:
PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 10
Establish a precise alignment for that portion of
Barton Read within the city limits of Redlands
included in San. Bernardino County Precise Plan, No.
SV388 for Barton Road between Bryn Mawr and Redlands .
ADOPTED, SIGNET? AND APPROVED this lst day of July, 1969.
