ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN �06 13
WhEREAS the Planning C_m ti 8 scn of the City .of Redlands has pre-
pared
-payed an amendment the PrecAe Street Plan and adopted such amend-
ment
accordance with the Government gods of she Stato of California; and
WHEREAS Resoluticn No. 403, a copy of which is attached hereto;
has been certified to the City Cunci! of the City of Redlands ; and

WHEREAS on the 11th day of May,h, 1974, notice of Public Hearing
was published in the Redlands Daily `arta and
WEEEE2E S on this 21st, day of May, 19 4, the City Council
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Precise Street Plan; and a
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with; i
MCW, THEREFORE, SSE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council! of the City
of Rede.ands
