A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REEDLANDS
ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 15
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
pared ars amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adopted such amend-
ment in Resolution No. 413 after holding a public hearing upon notice
in accordance with the Government Cade of the State of California; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 41.3, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS on the 4th day of February, 1975, notice of Public Hear-
ing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS on this 18th day of February, 1975, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed amend-
ment to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands :
That amendment to the Precise Street Plan adopted by the Plan-
ning Commission in Resolution No. 413 shall be adopted as follows :
PRECISE .(SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 15
To assure future access, circulation, drainage, and
orderly lot development in accordance with. the General
Plan for properties generally bounded by Judson Street,
Brockton Avenue, Occidental Drive, and Lugonia Avenue_
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of February, 1975 .
