A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 16
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has
prepared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adapted such
amendment in Resolution. No. 424 after holding a public hearing
upon notice in accordance with the Government Cade of the State
of California; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 424, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands7 and
WHEREAS on the 21st day of June, 1.975, notice of Public Hear-
ing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts, and
WHEREAS on this lst day of July, 1975, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Precise Street Plan, and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands :
That amendment to the Precise Street Plan adopted by the Plan-
ning Commission in Resolution No. 424 shall be adopted as follows :
PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 1.6
To assure future access, circulation, drainage, and
orderly lot development in accordance with the General
Plan, for properties located on the west side of Church
Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Lugonia Avenue.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this lst day of July, 1975.

RESOLUTION FOR ADOPTION OF PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET
PLAN NO. 16
W H E R E A S on this 10th day of June, 1975, the Planning Commission
of the city of Redlands finds:
A. It is deemed advisable and in the interest of public
health, safety, and general welfare to adapt a specific
street plan to assure future access, circulation,
drainage, and orderly lot development in accordance
with the General. Plan for properties located on the
west side of Church Street between Pennsylvania
Avenue and Lugonia Avenue.
B. That all provisions of the California Government
Cade relating to specific street plans have been
complied with, including publication Of notice
on the 34th okay of May, 1975, and the holding of
a public; hearing on the 10th day of June, 1375.
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
A. That pursuant to the provisions of Sections 65540
to 65542 inclusive of the California Government Code,
the Planning Commission hereby adopts on this 14th
day of June, 1975, Precise (Specific) Street Plan
NO. 16 as shown on neap attached hereto and made a
part thereof.
B. That the Planning Commission hereby .recommends to
the City Council of the city of Redlands that,
following the required public hearing, the Council
approve and. adopt Precise (Specific) Street Plan
No. 16.
C. That a certified copy of this resolution and related
material, hereby adopted by said commission shall be
transmitted to the City Council.
