A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 17
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has
prepared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adopted such
amendment in Resolution No. 435 after holding a public hearing
upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State
of California; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 435, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS on the 10th day of April, 1976, notice of Public Hear-
ing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS on this 20th day of April, 1976, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands :
That amendment to the Precise Street Plan adopted by the Plan-
ning Commission in Resolution No. 435 shall be adopted as follows :
PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 17
To establish a specific alignment for that portion
of Wabash Avenue within the city limits of Redlands
included in the adopted San Bernardino County
Specific Plan No. SV-414 for Wabash Avenue between
Sunset Drive and Seventh Avenue.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of April, 1976.
