RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR
EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLOCATED ENGINEERING FUNDS
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the City of
Redlands, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State of
California, Department of Public Works , Division of Highways,
hereinafter referred to as the Department , on March 25, 1960, for
expenditure of State allocated Section 2107 . 5 engineering funds ;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 196566 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget proposal
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands that said budget proposal dated May 6, 1965, be and is
hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the State
allocated engineering funds , said budget proposal to be and the
same is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works is directed
to sign the same on behalf of the said City, and said budget proposal
to be submitted to the Department in accordance with the provisions
of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code .
