RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING
A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS., a master agreement has been executed by the City and the State of
California on March 7, 1961 for expenditure of .funds allocated from the State
highway fund to cities; and,,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement showing estimated
expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1961.-62 fiscal year;
and,
WHERF,�AS, the City Council has heard read said project statement and is familiar
with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands that said
project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expendi-
tures of the gas tsar allocation to cities, said project statement be and the same
is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works in directed to sign on behalf
of said Cite and said project statement to be submitted to the Department of
Public Works, Stats of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197
of the 3trsets and, Highways Code.
