ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR MPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE, HIGh"iAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the; Budgeting Md Expenditure

entered into by the City of Redlands, hereinafter referred to as
the city, and the State Depai-tment, of Public Works, Dlv'Lsiun of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the department ; and.,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be
made during the 1963 - 64 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has licard read said project
statement and is familiar *moi t-h the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
or Redlands that said project statement dated May 19, 1964 , be and
is hereby adopted as the budgat of proposed exper-ditiares of the
gas tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and the
same is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works is direc-
ted to sign the same on behalf of said City, and said project state-
ment to be submitted to the Department of Public Works, StLite of
California, in accordance with the provisions of Soction 197 of the
Streets and Highways Code
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of May, 1964.
