RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF REDLANIDS
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Aandment
Number 1 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State
highway in the City of Redlands , dated July 1 , 196
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
Number 1 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Redlands that said Amendment Number 1 is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Ulerk are directed to
sign- the same on behalf of said City.
