A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN
THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS , the State of California, through its Department of
Transportation has presented an Agreement for maintenance of the
state highway in the City of Redlands effective as of January 1 ,
1983, and to remain in effect until amended or terminated.
WHEREAS , the City Council has reviewed said Agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands that said Agreement for maintenance of the state
highway in the City of Redlands is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
city.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED thisr, 1st day of February, 1983.
