RESOLUTION OF TL17; ''ITY COUNCIL 01= THE
CITY OF REDLAZM-S
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITU'll'i" OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FJND TO CITIES
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the
City of Redlands , hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State Department of Public Works , Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
Karch 21
19 61 , for expenditure of State-allocated
funds; and
WHEREAS a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on ',lay l"q
1965
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended
to be made during the 19 65 - 66 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on
October 14 19 65 has been presented to the City Council
in accordance with the project statement submitted by the City;
and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said
budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures
recommended to be made from such funds during the 19 65 -666 fiscal
year .
ADOPTED this 7th day of December , 19 65
