A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3437
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement,
Department of General Services of the State of California to
purchase all equipment and supplies as necessary for and on behalf
of the City of Redlands, California, pursuant to Section 14814 of
the Government Code and that Gary Luebbers, Purchasing Agent, is
hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary
requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on
behalf of the City of Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of December 1988.

Resolution No. 4460 was duly adopted by the City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 20th day of December 1988 by the
following vote:

ABSENT: None
