A RESOLUTION of T11E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED-
LANDS AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Red-
lands does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement , Depart-
ment of General Services of the State of California to purchase
one ( 1 ) Emergency Fire Department Vehicle for and on behalf of
the City of Redlands, California, pursuant to Section 13408.5 ,
Government Code , and that Mr. Peter Jezer.inac , Purchasing
Agent , is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver
all necessary requests and other documents in connection there-
with for and on behalf of the City of Redlands, California.
