A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of
General Services of the State of California to purchase five (5)
Emergency Police Vehicles for and on behalf of the City of
Redlands, California, pursuant to Section 13408. 5, Government Code,
and that Mr. Peter Jezerinac, Purchasing Agent, is hereby author-
ized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and
other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the
City of Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of April, 1968.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of the resolution duly and regularly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Redlands, California at a meeting thereof
held on the 16th day of April, 1968, and that the same now appears
