RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 247 AND TERMINATING
THE REGULATORY AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF
RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS FOR 200 CRAIG COURT,
REDLANDS, BETWEEN STEVEN A. MORSE AND AGNES
MORSE AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, there is in existence a Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of
Restrictive Covenants ("Agreement") between Steven A. Morse and Agnes Morse
("Owners") and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands ("Agency"), which
Agreement, dated August 6, 1996, was approved by the Agency pursuant to Resolution
247 and duly recorded on April 10, 1997, as Instrument No. 19970125282 in the Office
of the San Bernardino County Recorder, pertaining to certain real property commonly
referred to as 200 Craig Court, Redlands, California, 92374, and described more
specifically in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, the parties to the Agreement mutually desire to terminate the
Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands hereby
resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. In consideration of the sum of Eight Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty Dollars ($8,330.00), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
Agency, Agency hereby rescinds Resolution No. 247 and releases Owners of the
covenants and conditions set forth in the Agreement.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Agency shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED on this 19th day of September, 2006.
