is cOnteMplating the realinement and reconstruction of State
High wey VIII-SM-26-Redlands between Righland Avenue and the
G$sterl.v citY limits of said City of Redlands, and
WHEMIASO Said Contemplated realinament and reeon-
struction crosses property owned by the Oity oft Redlands, and
WHERS-45, it is necessary for said realinement and
reconstruction that a portion of said cit.y owned property be
set aside and dedicated for use as State highway right of way,

the City Of Redlands that a portion of said city owned pro-
perty be dedicated and set aside as right of way for said
State highway; the exterior boundaries of said property dedi-
