Revolved that the public interest and convenience require
and that it is the intention of the board of ttustees of the
0,1ty of Redlands to order the following; street work to be
done ,to wit:—
lst. That Caton street from. the south line of the roadwaY
of west Citrins Avenue to the eoutherlY line of Olive AYenue,
be irrproved by having thy' followinE_ �--treot work done thereon$
to wit , (a) That tiie road�maY of said Oajon street pbetween

- tions of streets (excepting such portions
of Cajon street, and intersections as are
required by law to be kept In order or
repair by any person or company having
railroad tracks thereon, and such portions
thereof as have already been paved, and
such portions thereof now occupied by four
wooden culverts, one at ]Nast Vine street.
one at East Olive avenue, and one at West
Olive avenue, entrances, and one at east
side of Cajon street, extending from West
Citrus avenue, to present paving on Ca-
jon street, and also excepting 27 inches
in width from the curb lines on each side
of said Cajon street, along the gutter way
thereof. where cobble stone gutters have
been laid) shall be paved with asphaltic.
cement and broken stone base, with ag-
phalt wearing surface, in accordance with
plans, profile and cross-sections therefor
on file in the office of the City Engineer

33 inches wide and 12 Inches high, inside
measurement, and to be constructed of

as aforesaid, for a width of 27 inches from
the curb lines of said street (excepting
along said culverts, and also excepting
where already grouted or surfaced with

ment, in accordance with plans therefor
on file in the office of the City Engineer
and specifications therefor on file in jhe
