Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned duly appointed and qualified ag Com-
miesionors to assess benefits and dainages for the widening of 41n8t
Citrus '�.',venue aaaor4ing to Resolution of Intention No. 362 of your
Honorable Eloard, 40 hereby made a written report as follows:
That, we have carefully viewed the lands described In that
certain Resolution of Intention 14o. 362, passed bj your Honorable
Body on the 2nd daW of April lt)24, declaring JOUr intention to wi-
den said Avenue, and that we have carefully viewed the land to be
taken for said work, and the ipprovemento and property affecte4
thereb.y'; that. having done so, voo pro .-eoded with all dilipenUe to
determine, and did dete=ina the value of the land to be taken :L"Wr
said work or improvement, and the daiftage to the improvements and pro-
perty affeeted thereby, and also the amount of expenses Incident to
said or or Improvement; that , having determined tine saws, we pro-
ceeded to assess, and did assess, the same upon the district of lands
deolared benefitted, the exterior boundaries of which were fixed by
said U08olution of Intention.
We proceeded to determine, and did determine, the proportion-
ate amount of benefit to be derim(A by each piece, or patruel of land
within sulci distriot from said proposed work or :UAprovement, and said
assessment was made upo�i the lands within said distriot in proportion
to the rine it to, bO derived fiom said work or improveme'r.it, so far as
we could reasonably estimate the same, incladine. in such estimate the
property of ang railroad company within said district.
the total araowit of the value of said land taken for
said work or Improveraieut, together with the dam-kge to said improve-
mente and property affected thereby, and the expenses incident to the
unto attached and made a part of this report.
That we have assessed the said sum of upon
the lands within said district in proportion to the benefit to be
derived by said lands, from said work or improvementc, so far as
we can reasonablj estimate the eame, including In such estimate the
property of any railroad combany within said d1strioto
That we have made and accompanied this report wilth a plat
of the assessment district, showing the land taken or to be taken
for said work or improvement , and the land aseeseed showing the rela-
tive location of each block, lot or portion of lot and its dimensions,
so far as we can reasonably ascertain the same. Each block or lot or
portion of lot , taken or assessed, is designated and described in said
plat by an appropriate number. Said plat Is hereto attaolied and mar-
ked "Sxhibit B".
That the amount of 2; -2- 7--3- :3, 7- mentioned as snbseqaent ex-
penses, is intended to cover any subsequent expense after the filing,
of this report, to-wit; for recording deeds, advertising, *to, , which
may hereaftr be necessary in the course of the proeeadinge to com-
plete said work or improvement,
