Said serial bonds shall extend over{ a period of nine S ears from the see- r and day of January next succeeding i the 15th day of November following their date. Payments on the prin- cipal of unpaid assessments and in- terest shall be made by property owners to the City Treasurer and the. same shall be disbursed try hirer, all as provided in and by the Im- provement Act of 1911 so-called Reference is hereby made to Res- olution of Intention No. 363 of said City, declaring its intention to or- der saidwork to be done, for fur- ther particulars, which Resolution is on file fin the office of the City' Clerk of said City, and refafence is .hereby further made to the specifi- cations for Bald work posted and on file.
