RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 1HER OF RE-'DLA--,-,!,)s ,
CALIFORNIA, 01- FILING OF ESTIMATE, PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND DISTRICT MAP FOR CERTAIN STREET
!MPROVEMENTS ALONG CERTAIN STREETS,
(Assessment District No. 72-1
WHEREAS, proceedings are to be taken and the improvement
Act of 1911, for the proposed construction of certain street
improvements on streets, places, public ways, property and easements,
as described on "Exhibit A" , attached hereto and by reference made
a part thereof.
WHEREAS, this City Council has been presented with a
careful estimate of the cost and expenses of said wonk, toqether
with plans and specifications for Assessment District No. 1 A,
and a map of 5aid assessment district showing the boundaries of
the territory to be benefitted by said work and to be assessed
to pay the cost and expense of said work,
MCW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUICIL OF THE CITY OFF" RJB�'DLPINDS,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS-,
SECTION 1. Said estimate, plans and specifications are
hereby approved and are ordered to be filed with the City Cierk �
SECTION 2, Said map of the assessment district is hereby
approved. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse his
ceitificate on the original and a copy of said map of the assessment
district evidencing the adoption of the resolution of intention,
to file the original of said map in the office of the City Clerk,
and to file said copy with the County Recorder of .:ho County of
San Bernardino.
SECTION 3 � Thepnovisions for any payment of liquidated
damages as set forth in said specifications be and the same
hereby are approved and ordered to be specified in the contract.
The amount of said damages and the terms and conditions under which
the same shall be payable are hereby iixad as provided in said
specifications.
