A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY TO
CONSTRUCT PAVING ON LUGONIA AVENUE.
WHEREAS , during rain storms the intersection of
Lugonia Avenue and Alabama Street suffers flooding;
WHEREAS , the condition. can be partially corrected
by the construction of a proper crown section on
Lugonia;
WHEREAS , the construction requires participation
between the City of Redlands and the County of San
Bernardino;
WHEREAS, the County of San Bernardino has prepared
an agreement authorizing participation.
BE IT THEREFORE NOW RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Redlands does hereby approve this
agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to
sign the same on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED,, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of March,
1973.
