RESOLVED, that there be installed within sixty (60) dans
from the date hereto by the owners of Lot 2, Block E, Second
Preliminary Map of Redlands, as per plat recorded in Book 5
of Maps, page 2, record of San Bernardino County, a sidewalk
extending the full length of said lot along Redlands Boulevard,
the location of same to be as determined by a committee com-
posed of:
Dr . Ellsworth E. Miller, Councilman
John R. Shone, Director of Public Works
W. C. (Bill) Schindler, Director of Planning
R. P . Merritt, Jr. , City Manager
Max S . Kreston, planning Commissioner
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be
forwarded to Citrus Village, Inc. , the registered owners
of said Lot 2.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of February, 1973.
