RESOLVED, that there be installed within sixty (60) days
from the date hereto by the owners or lessor of Lot 7, Block
E, Second Preliminary Map of Redlands, as per plat recorded
in Book 5 of Maps, page 2, record of San Bernardino County,
a sidewalk extending the full length of said lot along
Redlands Boulevard, the location of same to be as determined
by a committee composed of:
Dr. Ellsworth E. Miller, Councilman
John R. Shone, Director of Public Works
W. C. (Bill) Schindler, Director of Planning
R. P. Merritt, Jr. , City Manager
Max S . Kreston, Planning Commissioner
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be
forwarded to Sage ' s Complete Markets and to the registered
owners of said Lot 7.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of February, 1973.
