A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS,
COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF AN ENGINEERfS
REPORT FOR STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, California, has heretofore determined that the public
interest, convenience and necessity required the maintenance and
operation of a public street lighting system and other facilities as
set forth in Section 22525 Of the Streets 1,10_ Corice State
of California ; and
WHEREAS, C G Engineering, 25814 Business Center Drive, Suite A,
Redlands, California 92374 , was appointed "Engineer of Work" with
all provisions of Division 15 applicable to the Engineer applied to
"Engineer of Work" ; and
WHEREAS, Section 22622 requires that an Engineer' s Report be
prepared and filed annually, outlining the assessments to be levied
against the benefiting properties within the assessment district.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Redlands that the Engineer of Work is ordered to prepare the report
for fiscal year 1991-92 in accordance with Article 4 , Division 15,
of the Streets and Highways Code, "Landscaping and Lighting Act of
19721' of the State of California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1991.
