TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the Agreement To Perform Professional
Services -- Provision of Airport Planning Services ("Agreement"), dated January 17d , 2023, by
and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and
Coffman Associates, Inc. ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 18' day of November 2025.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the term of the agreement to align with the FAA grant which is funding the
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of Article 4 ("Performance of Services") of the Agreement, entitled
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.1 The Consultant shall perform and complete the services in a prompt and diligent
manner commencing as of the Effective Date of this Agreement and expiring on August 30, 2026,
concurrent with the FAA Grant to which the project relates, unless earlier terminated in accordance
with the provisions set forth therein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of November 18, 2025.
