TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of design
services ("Agreement"), dated February 6, 2024, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Community Works Design Group, LLC a
California limited liability company ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 18" day of
November, 2025.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to add additional time to the agreement to allow for the completion of the project as
the project has progressed at a slower pace than initially anticipated at no fault of either party.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of Article 4 ("Performance of Services") of the Agreement, entitled
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by December 31, 2026, unless the Services
are terminated earlier as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be effective as
of November 18, 2025.
