RESOLUTION NO. 1004
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CONCERNING ADOPTION OF THE
STREET NAME "CRESTVIEW ROAD. "
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission found there is a street within the
Yucaipa area, in the County of San Bernardino, with the name "Yucaipa Boulevard"
and a street within the City of Redlands with the name of "Yucaipa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, these two streets have names so similar as to confuse the public;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 65711, the Planning Commission ..
recommendedthe single name, "Crestview Road" ;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL:
That the street within the City of Redlands formerly known as "Yucaipa
Avenue" shall henceforth have the name "Crestview Road."
