WHEREAS , the Street Safety division of the Redlands Ordinance
Code provides for the office of Superintendent of Streets ,
and the Superintendent of Streets is authorized by the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California to act on behalf
of the City of Redlands ;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
That Joseph P. Colley shall be appointed Superintendent
of Streets of the City of Redlands , and shall exercise the
power and authority of said office after the day of
1958
