A RESOLU'T'ION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN STREET IN THE CI'T'Y OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TETE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as fol-
lows -
SECTION ONE : The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chap-
ter 2, of the Street and Highways Code of the State of California
and to vacate a portion of a street in the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its inten-
tion to order the vacation of a portion of Aquilon Avenue now known
as Bryn Mawr Avenue as follows :
All that portion of Aquilon Avenue now known as Bryn Mawr Avenue
between the North right-of-way line of Hugo Avenue and the South
right--of-way line of San. Bernardino Avenue as shown, on Map of Orange
Grove Homestead, recorded in Book 2 of Maps, Page 5, in the office
of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the
vacation of the portion of Aquilon Avenue now known as Bryn Mawr
Avenue described above is required by public interest, convenience,
safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: The reap setting the particulars of the proposed
street vacation shall be on file in the office of the Department of
Public Works and available for inspection by persons interested in
or objecting to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fres the time and date
and place of Public Hearing on the street closing at 7:00 P.M. on
the 17th dap of January, 1973, in the regular meeting place of the
City Council., Redlands, California.
SECTION SIX: Within fifteen days after its passage, this
resolution shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts, a news-
paper of general circulation published and circulated in the City
of Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of January, 1978.
