WHEREAS in a verbal petition presented by an agent of th Redlands Elementary School District the aforesaid e of Burgis Street is requested to be closed in ordep©toion utilize the portion of Burgis Street and ]and l in adj on both sides thereof as site for proposed construotion aofnt an Elementary School facility, and WHEREAS the City Council has become familiar with the reasonsand conditions for the Proposed streetclosing, and WHEREAS the .Rlannin Co reviewed this pro op g mmission of the City of Redlands has sed street closing and recommends that it be accomplished,_ and WHEREAS the petitioner has agreed to pay to the City of Redlands all costs incident to the closing of Burgin Street ; THEREFORE the City Council hereby fixes the time and da ; t e and .
