preliminary to the adoption of thia Resolution No. 925 , took action
as follous :
(1) Passase of the resolution declaring its intention
to vacate a part of Cajon Street and a certain alley
described in zaid resolution;
(2) Posting by the Street Sup'ate rintens, ent of five
notices of panoage of said resolution along the
of the contemplated wo7k, not more than 30C feet apart,
said notices being h, a` "Notice of improvement" in
-legiblu lnttoa not leas than one inch in length ,,,an,,d
staLiug the Hot and Ws of passage uf the resolution,,
and briefly describing the work propasea and referring
to said resolution of intentian,�
( 3) Publication of a notice similar in substance from
the Sth day of Au---t 1957, through the 11-112, day of
