A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CLOSE A PORTION OF CAJON STREET AlNI 3 AN ALLEY
SOUTH OF CITRUS AVENUE AND EAST OF FOURTH STI +'T.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council. of the City of Redlands hereby elects
to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Tart 3, Chapter 2 of the Streets

and Highways Code of the State of California and to vacate a part of a street
in the manner provided therein.

SECTION TWD: This City Council does hereby declare that it is the
intention of this City Council, to order t�-ie vacation of a portion of Cajon
,Street, described as follows: n
All that portion of 80 feet -wade Cajon Street in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, :State of California,, lying westerly of ,
the west line of Orange Street, a street of 69.E feet right-of"-Vmiy,
and southerly of the south line of Citrus ,Avenue, a street of 0
feet right-of-way.
SECTION r�xE: This Cit<l Council does hereby declare that it is the
intention of this City Couu.ncil, to carder the vacation of an alley south of Citrus
Avenue and east of Fourtt-, Street, described as follows:
All. -".hat portion of the lO .feet wide alley in. the City of 1-te lands,
County of San Bernardino, ;State of California, ly 4ng westerly of
and adjacent 'to Lots 2 and 3, Park Addition as show. on plat recorded
in Book 15, page 61, records of said County, said alley being 90
feet in length.
SECTION FOUR: The City- Council hereby determines that the closing of
a. portion of Cajon 5 reet and an alley ,south Of Citrus Avenue and cast of Fourth
Street, described herein, is required by pu „ic interest, convenience, safety
and welfare.
SECTION FIVE— A map setting; out the particulars of the proposed
street vacation 'arl file in the office of t1he City Clergy and available
for inspection by interested person,.
SECTION SI.Y: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date amd
place of Public Hearing of all matters concerning the above-described proposed
s t and alley closing, and the time at which any person or agent, siculd re-
