Home My WebLink About8740RESOLUTION NO. 8740 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A CONTRACTOR LIST PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT. WHEREAS, the City established Ordinance No. 2984 amending Chapter 2.16 of the Redlands Municipal Code relating to contract value limits for the purposes of soliciting bids pursuant to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act; and WHEREAS, at least once per calendar year, a list of qualified contractors shall be developed and maintained by those City departments undertaking public projects in accordance with the provisions of section 22034 of the Public Contract Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS: Section L The City of Redlands' Contractor List pursuant to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, attached hereto as Exhibit "A," is hereby adopted for the calendar year 2026.
