This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for Homeless Resource
Services ("Agreement"), dated December 5, 2023, by and between the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Family Service Association of
Redlands, a California 501 (c ) (3) nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Provider"), is made and
entered into this 16t' day of December, 2025.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Provider to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to revise the compensation of funds and reduce the total dollar amount by Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($50,000) to ensure the expenditure deadline is met by June 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Article 5 ("Payment to Provider") subsection 5.1 of the Agreement is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"5.1 The total compensation for Provider's Services shall be in the amount of Nine
Hundred Fifty -Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty -Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents
($959,487.50). City shall pay Provider in full upon execution of this Agreement so that Services
can be expedited to the homeless population."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this
First Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be
effective as of December 16, 2025.
