Notice is hereby given that on

tees of the City of Redlands adopted

292. Resolution of Intention No. 292' to
order the closing of the following
streets and alley in said city, de-
scribed as follows, to wtr,
First. The closing of that certain
street known as .Last Dreka avenue, ,
as Shown 'upon the ivorthbrea Tract,
a map of which tract was accepted by
z said city on June 15, 1910. said street'
extending from Church street, to l
Orange street.
That the exterior boundaries of the
district hereby establlshedf'and the
tterior_boundaries' of tnedistrict of
lands hereby declared to be affected
and benefitted by said closing, and to
be assessed to pay the damages, costs
and expenses thereof are described as
follows;
Beginning at the Southwest corner
,of Lot Thirty-three (33) as shown
upon said tract; thence to the north-
west corner of Lot Thirty-two (32) of
said. tract; thence East to the North-
east corner of Lot Seventeen (17) of
said tract; thence South to the
Southeast corner of Lot Forty-
eight (48) of said tract; thence West
to the place of beginning. ;
Second. The closing of that certain
alleyway in the Truesdell Addition, as
shown upon a map thereof in this of-
flee of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino county, lying south of>Lot
Seven.(7) 'and North of• Tots ]Four
(9),;Five (5).,and Sig (B) ,of saidAd-

Beginning at the most Easterly cor-
nerof Lot Four (4) of said tract;
thence along the Westerly line of
Michigan street to the most Norther-
ly corner; of Lot Seven (7) thereof; _
thence along the Northerly line of
said Lot Seven (7) to the most West-
J erly corner of said Lot; thence South
along the Westerly. line 'of'said Lot
Seven (7) and Lot Six (6) of said ad-
dition to the North line of Olive ave-
nue; thence Easterly along the North
line of Olive avenue tz the place of
beginning,
Third. The closing of all that part

across said Park avenue, according to
the last recorded map thereof of ree-

corded of Said County.

lands hereby declared to be affected
and benefited by said closing and to
be assessed,to pay the damages, costs
and expenses thereof are described
as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner
of Lot One (1) of said Block "B" of
said Bennett's Sub-division; thence
South to a point One Hundred feet
South of the South line of said Park
avenue;, thence East to a point South
of the East line'of said Lot Seven. (7)
