RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PHYSICALLY CLOSE A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOL-
LOWS :
SECTION ONE: The City Council does hereby declare its inten-
tion to order the closing of ;
Myra Street at Elizabeth Street with a physical barrier
SECTION TWO : The City Council hereby determines that the
closing of Myra Street at Elizabeth Street is required by public
interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION THREE: A map setting the particulars of the proposed
closing of Myra Street shall be on file in the office of the
Department of Public Works and available for inspection by persons
interested in or objecting to the proposed closing.
SECTION FOUR: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date
and place of Public Hearing on the street closing at 7:00 P.M. on
the 6th day of July, 1976 in the regular meeting place of the City
Council, Redlands, California.
SECTION FIVE: Within fifteen days after its passage, this
resolution shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts, a news-
paper of general circulation published and circulated in the City
of Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of June, 1976.
