RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CLOSE A PORTION OF GUIDO AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Redlands Does Resolve as follows :
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3 , Chapter
2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California and to
vacate a part of a street in the manner provided therein .
SECTION TWO : This City Council does hereby declare its intention
to order the vacation of a portion of Guido Avenue described as follows :
That portion of Guido Avenue as it runs east and west between
Lots 47 and 54, part of Orange Grove Homestead Tract as said
tract is recorded in Book 2 , Page 5 of Maps , records of San
Bernardino County, California -
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vacation
of the portion of the street described herein is required by public in-
terest , convenience, safety and welfare .
SECTION FOUR: A map setting out the particulars of the proposed
street vacation shall be on file in the office of the Department of
Public Works and available for inspection by persons interested in or
objecting to the proposed vacation.,.
SECTION FIVE : The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and
place of Public Hearing on the above described street closing at 7 :00
P ,M on the 17th day of November, 196+ in the regular meeting place of
the City Council in the Safety Building, Redlands , California

SECTION SIX : Within fifteen days after its passage , this resolution
shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in the City of Redlands , California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of October, 1.964
