RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF
A CERTAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3 ,
Chapter 2 , of the Street and Highways Code of the State of
California and to vacate a portion of a street in the manner
provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its intention
to order the vacation of a, portion of a certain street described
as follows :
That portion of Block 34 of Redlands Heights as recorded in Book 11
of Maps , Page 16 in the office .of the County Recorder, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows :
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 25 , Township I South,
Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian ; thence North 89' 49'
52" East along the South line of said Section 25, 441. 82 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 89' 49' 52"
East along said South line of Section 25 , 54. 32 feet to the beginning
of a non-tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of
204.32 feet, said last beginning of curve having a radial which
bears South 28' 07 ' 26" East; thence Southwesterly along last said
curve through a central angle of 26' 12 ' 12", 93 .44 feet; thence
North 14' 08 ' 45" East , 62 . 79 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vacation
of the portion of the certain street described herein is required by
public interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: A map setting the particulars of the proposed street
vacation shall be on file in the office of the Public Works Depart-
ment and available for inspection by persons interested in or
objecting to the proposed vacation,
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and
place of Public Hearing on the above-described street closing at
1_00 p.m. on the I 7-,pri 1

meeting place of the City Council, Redlands , California.
SECTION SIX: Within fifteen days after its passage, this resolution
shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the City of Redlands ,
California .
