RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE PORTIONS
OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter
2, of the Street and Highways Code of the State of California and to
vacate portions of streets in the manner provided therein,
SECTION TWO : The City Council does hereby declare its intention
to order the vacation of portions of Evergreen Court and Cimarron Drive,
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vaca-
tion of the portions of certain streets described above is required by
public interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: A map setting the particulars of the proposed street
vacations shall be on file in the office of the Department of Public
Works and available for inspection by persons interested in or objecting
to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and
place of Public Hearing on the street closings at 7 :00 P.M. on the
day of November, 1977, in the regular meeting place of the City Council,
Redlands , California.
SECTION SIX: Within fifteen days after its passage, this resolu-
tion shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the City of Redlands ,
California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this lst day of November, 1977.

EXHIBIT "A"
Tract No. 9701
Description of Parcel to be vacated by the City of Redlands .
Those portions of Sub-Lot 2 of Subdivision of Lot 2, Block "B"
and Lot 2, Block 34, according to Second Preliminary vlap of
Redlands, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps,
Page 85, records of said County described as follows :
PARCEL NO. 1
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Evergreen
Court with the centerline of Lytle Street as shown on plat of
Tract No. 6887 as recorded in Book 87 of Maps, Pages 95 and 96,
records of said County;
Thence North 56018139" East long the centerline of Evergreen
Court 601 feet more or less to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave to the Northwest;
Thence South 33041 ' 21" East 30 feet to the Southeasterly line of
60 foot wide Evergreen Court and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence North 56018 ' 39" East 107 . 62 feet to the Southerly line
of 60 foot wide Cimarron Drive as shown on plat of Tract No.
7056 as recorded in Book 89 of Maps, Pages 3 and 4, records of
said County;
Thence North 64040 '49" West 26.46 feet along the Southerly line
of Cimarron Drive to the beginning of a tangent curve;
Thence along said curve concave to the South having a radius of
13 feet through a central angle of 90000 ' 50" a distance of 20 .42
feet to a point of compound curve which radial line bears North
64'41139" West;
Thence along a curve concave to the West having a radius of 190
feet through a central angle of 31'00 ' 18" a distance of 102 .82
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of 60 foot wide
Cimarron Drive with the intersection of 60 foot wide Cimarron
Drive as shown on plat of Tract No. 7056 as recorded in Book 89
of Maps, Pages 3 and 4, records of said County;
Thence South 64`40 ' 49" East 119.78 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve;
Thence South 25'19 ' 11" West 30 feet to the Southerly line of
Cimarron Drive and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;

Thence South 64'40 '49" East 61 .00 feet to a point on a line radial
to the curve of Cimarron Drive;
Thence North 10'28 '01" East along last said radial line 7 . 95 feet
to the southerly line of Cimarron Drive;
Thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Cimarron Drive along
a curve concave northerly which radius is 230 .00 feet through a
central angle of W' 51 ' 10" a distance of 59.62 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
