RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOL-
LOWS :
SECTION ONE : The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chap-
ter 2, of the Street and Highways Code of the State of California
and to vacate a portion of a street in the manner provided therein..
SECTION TWO : The City Council does hereby declare its inten-
tion to order the vacation of a portion of a certain street de-
scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the
vacation of the portion of a certain street described in Exhibit "A"
is required by public ,interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: A map setting the particulars of the proposed
street vacation shall be on file in the office of the Department
of Public Works and available for inspection by persons interested
in or objecting to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date
and place of Public Hearing on the ,street closing at 7:00 P.M. on.
the 15th day of March, 1977, in the regular meeting place of the City
Council, Redlands, California.
SECTION SIX: Within fifteen days after its passage, this reso-
lution shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper
of general circulation published and circulated in the City of
Redlands, California.

The southeasterly 18„003 feet of the following described property:
All that portion, of Fera avenue, as shown on ADDITION NO. 5 to
the SECOND PRELIMINARY .MAP OF REDLANDS, in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded
in Bonk 5 of Maps, Page 7, Official Records of said County,
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Fern Avenue and
Arrowview Drive, as shown on Tract No. 7031.6, recorded in Book 90
of Maps, Pages 72 and 73, in the office of the County Recorder,
County of San. Bernardino, State of California; thence south
56° 19' 00" west 19.00 feet along the centerline of Fern Avenue
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the
aforesaid centerline of Fern Avenue, south 56' 19 ' 00" gest
4010.13 feet; thence south 33° 41 ' 00" east 50.00 feet to the
southeasterly right of way line of the aforesaid Fern. Avenue, as
shown on said map; thence along said right of way, north 560 19'
00" east to the southwesterly right of way line of the aforesaid
Arrowview Avenue; thence North 330 41 ' 00" west to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
