A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CLOSE GRAVILDA. AVENUE IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS
SAID STREET IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR STREET PURPOSES. STREET VACATION NO. 32,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby resolves as follows,
SECTION ONE-. The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby erects to
proceed under the provisions of Division 9Q Part 39 Chapter 2 of the Streets
and Highways Code in the State of California and to vacate a str=eet in the
manner provided therein.
SECTION TWOa This City Council, does hereby declare that it is the
intention of the City Council.. to order the vacation of a certain street in
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,, described
as follows;
All that portion of Gravil?a Averse_, a street of 100-foot width,
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California., as shown on the Map of West Redlands, recorded in
Book 9 of Maps, Page 22 thereof, records of said County, lying
between the northerly ]Line of 100wfoot wide Olive Avenue and a
line 395 feet northwesterly .from and parallel, with said northerly
bine of Olive Avenue. Said `line being also the northerly, City
71imit line of the City of Redlands.
SECTION THREES The City Council hereby determines that the vacation of
a. city street, namely Gravill.a Avenues described herein, is required by public
interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR-. A map setting out the particulars of the proposed street
vacation shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for
inspection by interested persons.
SECTION FIVE-. The City Council hereby fres the time and date and place
of a. Public Hearing of all matters concerning the above-described proposed
street closing, and the time at which any person or agent should present any
objecti
