Dear Ms. Garcia:
It has been an honor for Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo ("AALRR" or "Firm") to
represent the City of Redlands. Due to the rising costs associated with providing you the highest
quality of service, we will be increasing our hourly rates for attorneys by ten dollars ($10) and for
paralegals by five dollars ($5) effective February 1, 2026 (my hourly rate will be $385 per hour
effective February 1, 2026).
Please return the signed Acceptance and Consent form on the next page via email or U.S. Mail.
