The City Comcil of the City of Redlands hereby resolves as

ECTIO CANE,- The City Comcil of the City of Redlands hereby elects
to proceed =der the provisions of Division 9 Part 3, Chapter 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cal ifor is and to vacate all of
a street in the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO.- This City Council does hereby declare that it is the
intention of this City Goiunr ci.l to order the vacation of all of Hillside
Lane, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of Cali-
fornia, described as ollovsA
As indicated on asap of Tract 2199, Westwood SuLbdivision No. 1
as recorded in Eook 32 of Maps, Page 13 thereof records off
said County, lyin=g weaterly of a line 15 feet westerly from
and parallel with the centerline of t&aa, a street
of 30 foot right-of-way, as sh in on said tap.
SECTION THREE.- The {pity Comcil hereby dete=rines that the vacation
of the portion of city street, na ely 11 i . bane9 described herein,
is required by public interest convenience, a ety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR.- A magi setting out the particulars of the proposed.
street vacation shall he on file in the office of the City Clerk and
available for inspection by interested persons
SECTION FIVE- The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and
glace of Public Hearing of all matters concerning the above-described
proposed street closing, and the time at which any person or meant .should
present any objections to the aforesaid street vacation, at 7.-00 P.M. on
the 6th day of December, 1960, in the regular meeting place of the City
Cotci.l in the City Hall, Redlands, California.
